I AM SO THANKFUL THAT SOMEONE ADDED A NEW POST! Every time I looked and it was still 59, I was really sad. But today, no today was #60! Thanks amir...haha your post did make me laugh. We had mac and cheese at my thanksgiving (yes all of us were white), and I believe we had a discussion about this before. Do you think my ethnic middle name would have qualified me to participate in your fesitivites? Anyway, I hope all of you had a wonderul holiday. Only 3 days this week and then I am halfway finished with my last year! WHOA. I hope to talk to each of you soon.
I had a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving. I spent it at Dwayne and Shea's (who are grad students at UCLA and my friends from BADA). There were many other people there (black people) and we had an AMAZING meal. I made the Mac & Cheese of course, and this other guy made EVERTHING ELSE, even the turkey! We ate, played Spades (ghetto spades), Taboo and Cherades (how do you spell that word?). I tried to get everyone to play Fishbowl, but they weren't ready. I miss ya'll so much and I am eternally thankful for each of you. Be blessed!

So, last week was pretty good in many respects. First of all, I found out that Sir Elton John was in concert here in Winston on Wednesday night. I talked two of my friends into going with me, and with the cheapest tickets, we ended up sitting side-stage, fairly close to the musical legend. It was AMAZING. He played DANIEL, and so many more of his great great songs. It was definitely one of the musical and general highlights of my life up to this point. SO GOOD. Also, on sunday I ran a half-marathon in wilmington, and without any training, completed it in one hour and thirty five minutes, a full 10 minutes faster than my best expectations going into the race. I was quite proud of myself and it gives me a sense of accomplishment. In other news, let's get some life back into this blog. You are all in my thoughts and I hope to see and hear from each of you soon.
HAAAAHahahahahahHA. That is me laughing at the thought of me being jealous of Mariah Carey. HA! The other thing I would like to say is that I recognized all of those song titles that you put in that damn post, Amir...just for the record, I may not LIKE the music but I am EDUCATED about it (I am laughing at myself now because it took me 5 tries to spell "educated" right. yep, I'm educated [and I messed up tying it those two times at least once for each time I tried to type it. God, I suck.]).

Ok, its so funny that my problem with MARIAH got brought up in that last post, because cameron and I actually discussed it over appetizers and drinks at Applebee's in Chapel Hill this weekend...No who's JEALOUS?! I just want her to go back to the old, "Always be my Baby", "Fantasy" Mariah instead of this new, re-born, sorry to say, full of herself version with horrible videos and possibly the worst pair of shoes i have ever seen. Enough about that. But I will say that if you do meet her, she will probably be mean and haughty so just be prepared. In all seriousness, we really did miss everybody at applebee's and dreamed of the day when we can all get together again. Thanks for making time for me this weekend cam. Kel, I hope you are doing well and we are all thinking of you. Giess-master, I know you love Italy but America misses you. I would even settle for a game of apples to apples at this point. Miss you all!
Yes Kel! I love the curls in your hair. IT'S CUTE! You should do it more oftne ;p! Well, I hope all is well. I am doing very well..terrific! I love and miss each of you! I wanted to share that I just got a job as a PA (Production Assistant) for the American Music Awards!!!! I'm psyched. Mainly because it's MORE MONEY! (and Lord knows I need some of that right now). But also, it'll be cool. I know I will have many stories to tell so BE ready. Maybe I'll even get to meet MARIAH! DON'T BE JEALOUS!?!?! HAHAHAHA! What IF I met Mariah Carey. SHUT UP! Oh, and her new song "Don't Forget About Us" is AMAZING! (www.mariahcarey.com)Please give it a chance Daniel and don't hate! IT'S GOOD! GOOOOD!
